« The home is a true diamond! Spacious, clean and complete with every amenity you can possibly need. This home is so comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet. It was minutes by car to the downtown area and the grocery store is across the street. I highly recommend staying in this spacious and welcoming home. I will be back and this is now my first choice for any future Jefferson stay. »

« We have family in the area, so we need to find a rental in a safe area to stay during visits. This older home was perfect for our needs. If you are expecting modern and hotel like accommodations- this isnt for you. If you want a homey atmosphere with the basics available in a safe area, then this is perfect. « This property was perfect for a vacation with family. House was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet, and back deck area was perfect for relaxing and watching the water. Had a great time fishing off the dock and caught several catfish. Would definitely stay here again. »

The only thing that was missing was a dishwasher, but we made it work thank you to Roxanne for being a great host and getting back with me whenever I had a question we would definitely return one day I would recommend it to anybody that needs a getaway. « What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend! »

« We found the house to be rustic-modern. Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Comfortable living room for all of us and good wifi made movie watching while off the lake a nice treat (and helped us tackle a remote day working without skipping a beat). »

« This property is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Communication with host was very easy and fast response! Easiest check in and out. House had everything we needed and more. Super clean and very comfortable beds. The house overall was beautiful and had the best sunsets we have seen even better than our Monterey bay sunsets.
