„Spotless with all new appliances and kitchen cabinets etc. Fast internet and huge Smart TV with comfortable seating in living area. Just a short walk to the beach and to bike path. We (especially our dog) also enjoyed the screened porch. Because it is a duplex we could sometimes hear neighbors who rented other unit (kids). For some reason it takes the hot water in bathroom sink a looong time to get warm. Kitchen and shower heated up reasonably fast.“
