Amazing Stay – Perfect Location & Thoughtful Host!We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect for our trip—just a quick ride to the ferry, which made getting into NYC and Brooklyn super convenient. The ferry ride itself was incredible and really added to the experience.The home was spotless, quiet, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Having a designated parking space in the driveway was a huge plus. Our group of seven was very comfortable here. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the cozy TV sectional after long days of sightseeing, and the rooftop deck offered beautiful views of the NYC skyline while sipping on the delicious coffee pods they provided.Overall, the hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful—they even left us a delicious box of donuts to welcome us! Great area, great experience—we would definitely stay here again.

Great Rooftop View

We stayed at this property for one night and we enjoyed our stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with sweets from the Host and the place was clean. Not as big as we thought it would’ve been but it worked out. The rooftop view was amazing and hanging out on the roof was fun. The neighborhood is in a little sketchy area but the property itself is newly renovated. Although it was a short stay, we enjoyed the stay. The Host was very friendly and responded very promptly.

Excellent value

This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive.
