Hotel Jesmond Dene

« We see the go the extra mile for their customers. They are helpful, rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast, clean pool. I would stay there again if I'm in the area. »

« The location was perfect. The staff on the weekend was not very helpful and seemed bothered when asked to help. »

« Basic hotel. Floor could be cleaner. ADA bathtub is not very optimized for handicaped people »

« It was an ok place to stay one night. Got placed next to people that live out of the room. Walls are paper thin, heard their phone call at 3am along with their vomiting of two hours straight. . . »

« Ok for one night or two. Small room but overall fine. »

« Staff was very nice. Bathroom had a bit of a mold issue. Couldn’t see it but could smell it. Property was under construction so outside our room was a bunch of old mattresses. But overall the bed was comfortable the room was spacious. Breakfast was a little later in the morning so we had to eat once we got back from my son’s early morning game. But the food was good. »

« Very affordable - and the location was great - close to I-15. I know it is an older property - but the room seemed to have been completely refurbished - everything new and very clean. I wasn't looking for a vacation stay - but this was perfect for my one night stop on my trip. Big pluses - very friendly staff, very clean, had a fridge and microwave - and for me I appreciated the well lit and safe parking. »

« Hôtel bien situé , au calme. Personnel très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner »
