United cancelled my flight so missed out on staying here. Dispute multiple attempts, this hotel would not give me a refund or didn’t care to listen that it wasn’t my fault or change booking so I didn’t lose all of my money. Super disappointing mindset so I wouldn’t ever stay here or support this terrible business. Spa wasn’t open either on Monday.

Too short our overnight stay but so very impressed with Apogee Boutique Hotel - the facilities, artwork, service, magnificent views over Pretoria and the safe comfortable suburb of Waterkloof Ridge. We were visiting from Sydney Australia and first time return visit to Pretoria my city of birth which I last saw 45 years ago - so a very happy memorable visit - thankyou

Bliss
Shadrach was magnificent: bold, kind, and smart. Queen was a delight: warm + funny. The grounds are beautiful. The view unparalleled.

we had an amazing experience and the staff were excellent, the only problem we had was when you tip a waiter/waitress we were told it has to be shared by other staff members which we feel its not fair as you tip based on the service you received from that individual

Absolutely stunning property. Rooms are magnificent and service is incredible, personal butler, laundry included. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at!
This hotel is, as the name suggests, the absolute pinnacle of luxury accommodation. The service was outstanding, the rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The little complimentary pantry was a generous touch of luxury that made it just that made us feel that extra but pampered. This is the only hotel I will ever stay in in this area, a is a little more costly but it is worth every cent!

Splendid hotel and Spa
We had a fantastic stay and most wonderful massage at the Spa. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend the Apogee hotel and Spa. Thank you for every thing you did to make us enjoy our stay.

What is unique is how clean, quiet, and superb personal service that we received at this 5-Star resort. GREAT FOOD AND DRINKS, priced so reasonably.

Apogee Boutique Hotel & Spa was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to....and I'm in the hotel industry. The staff were incredibly kind, the rooms were very well equipped and beautifully appointed, the food outstanding, and the view incredible. I cant wait to go back. The only thing that upset me was I wasn't staying longer.

Beautiful view of the countryside. Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious rooms. A little more attention needs to be given to the hotel room cleanliness. ie. (sweeping the floors, dusting the furniture etc.) Overall, we had a very lovely experience.

Fantastic local gem
The stay at this hotel was amazing. Every need taken care off. The snacks in mini bar and pantry are complimentary, so is the laundry. The dining. The dining is also rather spectacular. Definitely a boutique feel and I will be back.
