The property is very quiet environment, lovely staff's and the customer service representative was very helpful and the attitude was great really enjoyed my stay. I'll be back soon really recommended

Very friendly and safe, excellent food and very helpful staff. Beautiful gardens and fine paintings on the walls. The pool was clean but quite small and covered with netting for most of the time, but I did swim in it once.

It was a well kept property, safe and quiet. The room was bright, spacious and comfortable. They had a generator for loadshedding and the parking was good. The staff was friendly and they were knowledgable.

5 days of no Internet and Management didn’t care
I booked a larger room for one week to aid my work. If I was lucky I had 1 bar of Internet service in my room. Elsewhere was fine but I ended up working in their lobby, the patio and the parking lot. Between 2-4 am I had 2 bars of service and I performed most work then. Daily complaints resulted in no change, just assurances that someone was looking into it. When I informed the desk clerk the first time the higher level people in the office behind him closed the door. Nice. Requests to change room for one with working Internet were unanswered. Don’t stay here if you need to work.

I am so sorry that we have disappointed you with the WiFi. We have sorted the problem with the service provider. The poor connection was due to faulty equipment. This situation certainly does not portray the high level of service we pride ourselves in at the Hotel. I have addressed the matter with our Team and we will make sure we deal with similar situation more efficiently in the future. My sincere apology for the situation. I was not booked thanks God I had a copy of my booking it toot almost three hours before I got triple room facing wall so dark, I wish I did not used Expedia this will my last booking through your site, just not happy at with your service and the hotel service as well! Gave away my room
The gave our first night room away even though I called and told them late check in. They booked our first night across the street at a different hotel which was not the type of room I booked. Then we had to move all of our stuff again the next morning to the correct room. I was not happy with the screw up on there end but after that they did there best to make it right.

Bad! The hotel was overbooked. They sent me out.
I reached the hotel, they said they have over booked. They asked me to stay somewhere other hotel. what is the use of booking hotel after reviewing all those photo's ?

perfect location in jacaranda-lined avenue
This B&B is immaculately clean and great breakfast with all the options. Comfortable rooms. Perfectly situated in a safe and quiet street for tourists. Only problem was room was booked via Expedia, reception did not have details of my having booked two rooms and already paid. Was charged again and am hoping this can be sorted promptly.

Pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again!
I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. The service was very friendly, the guesthouse is extensive, very neatly kept. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The small kitchenette was well equipped. Small touches of attention to detail - a small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge for the coffee and tea, plug points at the desk (with USB ports) and next to the bed - both with two-pronged sockets for mobile phones. There is also a restaurant for lunches and dinner and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Leuk hotel met supervriendelijk personeel
We hebben een super tijd gehad in dit guesthouse. De kamer werd iedere dag netjes gemaakt door het super vriendelijke personeel! We hebben regelmatig een praatje met hen gemaakt. Verder was het ontbijt erg goed en was er (bijna) iedere dag een lunch- en dinerbuffet. Hier hebben wij meerdere malen gebruik van gemaakt! Erg goed en vers eten. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Creaking Doors
The room was good but the soor could do with some oil on the hinges. The plumber obviously didn't know that there is an international standard that the hot tap is always on the left. Our room was a mixture of left and right.

Utterly disgusted with the service given.
We arrived from a long twelve hour flight at 09:00 to drop off our bags and find out when the check-in time was. Upon arrival, there was confusion as to if we actually had a booking. We were told to come back after 11am, which we did at 11:30am. We were then rather rudely told by I assume, the owner, that we couldn't stay there and that she had arranged somewhere else. Upon arrival at this new location, the room was nothing short of a low-cost student digs. I cannot recommend this place at all for those traveling for business or anything else. Disgusting
