Private Waterfront Estate Venue w/ Lodging & Pool for Stays and Wedding Weekends

Nestled between downtown Charleston and Kiawah Island, Pine Creek Place is a private 4-bedroom estate on nearly 10 acres of Johns Island. Set behind a gated entrance under centuries-old live oaks, the property runs right to the edge of the marsh. At high tide, the water fills in at the property line, and it's one of the best views on the island.

The Stay
Pine Creek Place gives your group what a hotel can't: a whole estate to yourselves. Mornings start slow with coffee under the oaks and the marsh waking up around you. Afternoons belong to the pool, the grill and the wide, manicured lawn. When the sun goes down, the hot tub is waiting.

Inside, the main living room is made for gathering. Sliding glass doors open straight onto the pool and lawn, and there's room for everyone to sprawl across the oversized sectional and sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals in, plus a dining area for the whole group. Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests, and the primary suite has its own den with a couch and TV.

Wedding Weekends
Pine Creek Place hosts a limited number of Wedding Weekends each year. Your wedding party stays on the property all weekend, so the celebration doesn't end when the reception does. Exchange vows beneath the live oaks with the marsh behind you, then celebrate on the lawn.

Ceremony and reception space for up to 250 guests
Tent, table and chair rentals available, priced by guest count. Bring your own vendors.

All events require prior written approval and a Charleston County special event permit. Message us before booking. Events held without approval will result in cancellation.

Event liability insurance is required, with Pine Creek Place named as additional insured.
