„This was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything and plenty of room for the three of us. Sara and Marvin were great to work with and Sara even left muffins as a welcome which were delicious! I would definitely recommend and should we be back in Johnson City I will be booking here. “

„This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. “

„This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. A river, bamboo forest, old growth trees and large covered porch with ample seating and table. I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy a nice campfire in their rustic fire pit. It looks like a great fishing spot as well though I didn't have time to try. Shopping wasn't to far away so a plus there as well. The house itself was large had a nice sized kitchen, family room ...

„Wonderful and clean property, walking distance to all the charm Johnson City has to offer in a quiet neighborhood. Very well-equipped for cooking in or hanging out. Really great start to finish. Easy check-in, no issues with the door code which has happened in many of our previous VRBO stays. Good communication from the hosts.“
