This was our first time in Joshua Tree. Homestead was amazing the AC was on for us when we arrived-jacuzzi cleaned. They answered and assisted the whole time to ck in and were able to bring our doggies. The home was very clean, kitchen stocked, washer/dryer avail, towels for jacuzzi and blankets to use while outside, grill and bikes avail. Close to restaurants, and main city markets and stores.

Immaculate Home

This home is close to everything in Joshua Tree. You can easily use the bicycles offered for free at the home to bike into the village for coffee, breakfast, a drink or a meal. The bocce ball court was such a lovely aspect for evening entertainment. The home is immaculate and all the finishes and dishes and linens are top notch!!

Great Stay in Joshua Tree

This was a perfect spot or visiting Joshua Tree and exploring the park. We enjoyed the outdoor space including the spa, pool and grill. The property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at JT Country Kitchen was also amazing!!

This property was super clean and just as described. We enjoyed our stay. The location to downtown was great. You can easily walk into the town especially Joshua Tree Saloon. Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park was an easy 10 minute drive. Perfect little getaway!

Such a fun place to stay! Lots of activities to do on the property as well as off since Joshua Tree National Park is so close! Loved the style and organization of the place. The owners really thought of a lot of details which made the stay more enjoyable and easy. Will definitely be returning!

Great amenities close to town

We enjoyed having all the extras like the hot tub, cowboy tub, bocce and bikes. The property was very clean and welcoming. The coffee was a nice touch and came in handy when we went into the park at 2:30am to photograph the Milky Way. The house was well stocked with extra towels for the hot tub and blankets.

JTNP Perfect for Two!

Perfect place for our six night stay to hike JTNP. Love the location relative to the park. Appreciated perks like the plug in for our hybrid vehicle, gas grill & hot tub for post-hike soak! Modern kitchen was well stocked for our multiple meals a day—pots, pans, utensils made us feel like home. The Casper bed was a treat—rarely do we get such a comfortable bed on a week long vacation! Living room set up was great after a long day on our feet. Comfy couch & simple tv operation. Safe, adorable and convenient house- short, easy & beautiful drive from PSP airport too. We’d do it all over again!

Great Little Property

My wife and I decided to visit Joshua Tree with our dog and while booking last minute came across this small property for the weekend. The listing was very accurate with how it was described. Although the property near some run down homes, the property itself was very clean and the way it’s fenced off gives you plenty of privacy. The property is also just minutes away from stores, restaurants, and the JT visitor center. Everything inside the house is updated and was a perfect little spot for just us and our dog. The bedroom was comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were great! The backyard had some nice furniture along with a cowboy pool and a hot tub. The gas fire pit was very nice and gives off a great size flame for a nice bonfire. Our ONLY complaint is that the ground in the backyard was full of these little spikey thorns that would get stuck on the bottoms of our shoes every time we walked around the yard. We saw our dog limping around every now and then as the thorns would get stuck in her paws. It became a little frustrating as it was the only thing that would make hanging out in the yard uncomfortable. By the time we would come back in the house the bottom of our shoes were full of the thorns and are hard to get them out. We understand that this is just due to the environment we are in. We did let the owner of the house know and they did apologize for the inconvenience and would look into the situation to avoid this issue for future guests.

Place was nice. Comfortable bed, hot tub worked and was nice at night. Would recommend! Only reason for knocking off part of a star was because when we went to put sheets on the pull out bed, they were stained and kind of yuck. So we just laid a blanket down instead. Overall a great stay, easy to communicate with management company.

Perfect location for national park

This quiet home is conveniently located near everything you could want in downtown Joshua Tree, as well as a quick drive to the national park. We loved all the amenities (private backyard, pool, bikes) after a long day of exploring.

Summer Stay!

This is such a cute place to stay and the perfect spot to be close to town and Joshua Tree Park! It was clean, and had the perfect backyard for enjoying the desert. The hosts were easy to communicate to as well! Definitely a great place to stay! :)

Excellent property!

There are a few things I must have while staying at a vrbo- cleanliness, good kitchen, comfortable bed, location (safeness of property, proximity to what I’m visiting)- and this house had them all in spades. It was extremely clean and so beautifully decorated. The bed was heaven, with plenty of pillows. The house is minutes away from the north entrance to Joshua Tree, as well as within walking distance to the quirky town of Joshua tree. The manager was prompt with an email when I had a question. Also, beautiful backyard with a hot tub (!), bocce ball, bbq, great seating. Highly recommend this vrbo!

Excellent Place to Crash while climbing

Great and affordable rental out in Joshua Tree. Easy to find, everything was as listed, hot tub was great for post climbing out in the park. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay!

Loved our stay at Skull Rock Cottage

We really loved our weeklong stay at Skull Rock Cottage...it was a terrific location for exploring Joshua Tree National Park (just a 10 minute drive to the west entrance), and very comfortable for the two of us, as well as tastefully designed. Easy walk into town to get coffee or have a meal, good wifi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and the hot tub in the backyard was AMAZING after a long day of hiking. The neighborhood is a little bit of a mixed bag, to be sure, though the fenced backyard gave us complete privacy and we loved having outdoor space to hang out in when the weather was warm enough. Kudos to the property management folks for quick responses to our questions and an emergency fix on the kitchen sink, and please know I am recommending this and your other properties to friends and family who want to explore Joshua Tree National Park, which is one of a kind.

Wonderful stay. Great communication.

We stayed for 3 nights in this very nice, updated, modern home near Joshua Tree National Park. The home is very comfortable and full of amenities for all your needs. Great communication with property managers. Modern kitchen, laundry, very large smart TV and a huge yard with hot tub, plunge pool and fire pit. Pull out sofa bed in living room if necessary. One bed and one bath were spacious with king size bed and large shower in the attached bathroom. If you are planning a trip to JT park, this home would be perfect for your needs.

Can't improve a thing!

I truly had such a great time here! As a solo female traveler, the most important thing was that I felt 100% safe and secure at the house. The location is perfectly located, with easy park access and to the local shops/cafes/restaurants. While hiking left me too exhausted most nights to do anything but shower and sleep, the hot tub was such a nice treat! The team was communicative before and prior to check-in and I honestly cannot think of a single thing to improve upon. I would absolutely stay here again at my next visit to Joshua Tree.
