« Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower. »

« Historic old building in a beautiful setting. Quirky but relaxing and the outdoor spa is an amazing experience. Clean comfortable room. No refrigerator though. I was in a newer extension towards the rear of the hotel and the walls were a bit thin. I could hear the extractor fans from the bathrooms around me. But zero traffic noise. »

« Exactly what we expected from a Hotel carrying a Marriot flag. The bes was large and comfortable. There was a spacious desk to work and the TV was modern with screen mirroring feature. Well equipped gym. »

« Great breakfast menu. Rooms are getting tired and need a refresh. This hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Olney. I have stayed many times before but this time I got an extra noisy room above the pub, not the best. »

« The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks.
