SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary Bedroom



Retreat to the spacious primary suite featuring a king-size bed, Smart TV and large closet. Sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor patio, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the Florida weather.



The primary bedroom also includes a private en-suite bathroom with an upgraded walk-in shower.



Bedroom 2



The second bedroom features a beautiful Tommy Bahama-style queen-size bed and its own Smart TV, creating a comfortable tropical retreat.



Bedroom 3



Perfect for families and groups, the third bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, twin trundle and queen-size pull-out sofa.



This bedroom also features a Smart TV, giving kids or additional guests their own space to relax.



BATHROOMS



The home features two full bathrooms.



The primary en-suite bathroom has been upgraded with a spacious walk-in shower.



A second full guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between Bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a step-in shower, providing easy access for guests using either bedroom as well as the main living areas.

The garage includes two adult bikes, one child's bike, and a tricycle, along with helmets and a bike pump.



There's also a cornhole set for a little friendly competition back at the house.

- Upon booking, we require a copy of all adult guests’ driver’s licenses and a signed rental agreement.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 25 to be able to book the property.

- We don't allow pets at the home, and the beach is pet-free.

- Quiet Hours: There is a noise ordinance that prohibits loud & unnecessary noises (including music, voices, and machines) between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

- An additional $50 per person per night will be automatically added for guests over 8.
