« Big suites. Pool is nice. Breakfast personnel are amazing. Hallway did smell like potatoes. lol. Don’t know why, maybe the kitchen since we were on the first floor. But then yet this was around 4 pm so no breakfast was being cooked. Walking distance to 54th street bar and grill. »

« The rooms didn’t look very clean the bathroom had hair all over the floors when we pulled the sleeper sofa out there was food crumbs all under it. We had a 2 day stay and house keeping never came to dump the trash in the room. »

« They don’t serve breakfast. We were assigned to a suite for special needs. problem was the beds were very low and squeaky noisy. We were on the second floor and above us the people were so loud and were stumped so hard. Walking around the room. They were up until 3 am . We complained to the front desk about the beds and the noisy people above us they didn’t say or did anything about it.
I was so disappointed with the service. Never again will stay in this place. »
