« Staff was less than helpful. She couldnt find my reservation from Expedia so I didn’t end up staying the 2 nights and they are not accommodating and didn’t give me a refund!! »

« J’ai réservé deux semaines en avance une chambre non-fumeur et la jourude mon arrivé il n’y a pas de chambre non-fumeur de libre. Le cable fonctionne à peine deux minutes puis s’arrête. Le plancher suinte l’humidité et les murs sont ouverts à certains endroits, donc insectes parfois présent dans la salle de bain. »

« This was a really nice hotel. The bedsheets were clean and smelled clean. Everyone I saw that worked there said hello and would chat. They seemed genuinely happy to be there and the whole experience was one of the nicest I've ever had. »

« So when we arrived a couple was complaining to the front desk about bed bugs which was alarming. We fully inspected our room and seen no evidence of any in our room. However we did see a large brown gross stain on the night stand floor and part of the lower bed. We just ignored it. The complementary drinks we skipped on because it wasn’t a real bar just a little mixing desk I guess. Breakfast had no bacon which was disappointing. Dinner was some taco meal I ended up going out it didn’t look...

« Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot. »

« Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Front desk was training a new team member and it was awkward. Housekeeping left two bath mats and one towel instead of two towels and one bath mat. Only inconvenient because it wasn’t realized until the second towel needed to be used. Overall nice property in a great location. »
