The ocean view was superb, and we loved the spaciousness of the lanai. We loved our trip. The unit could use some updating. My wife says, at the very least, install safety bars in the bath/shower b/c that spa tub is difficult to climb in and out of. The spa tub, all the tile, and ALL the fixtures need a thorough scrubbing b/c mold and rust have set in. Please improve the lighting in the dressing area. Leave a toilet brush and cleaner for guests to use. Fix the drawers in the stand-alone dresser in the studio area. Please get rid of those pesky ants in the kitchen: we were cautious about food but that didn't stop them searching. As always, we had a wonderful time staying at the Maui Eldorado, with its fine location, beautiful grounds, and amenities.

Beautiful unit on calm side of Ka'anapili

This unit is located on the calm side of "black rock," about a 17 min walk from Whaler's Villiage. The unit was quiet, as it was right above the lobby, so you didnt have any downstairs neighbors banging, clanking, or making noise below you. Washer and Dryer in the unit were helpful, as well as a stocked kitchen. The TV had Netflix/Hulu/Prime access for those who like to watch TV when they go to bed at night. The view was beautiful from the porch deck where we had our coffee every morning. We are ealry birds, so we had to a wait to use the golf carts/cabana facilities a couple of the days since they do not operate until about 9:30 am. Otherwise, it was a 7 min walk, downhill, to the beach, which was beautiful and not overcrowded. I wish I would have gotten the canbana attendants' name whom helped us everyday during our stay. She was so sweet and helpful, made conversation, and you could tell she really enjoyed her job! The only con I have here about the unit is that there was quite a bit of mold in the shower(more than I've seen in other costal climate units)/especially around the soap and toiletry shelf, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable/older. Otherwise, this unit is a great option. Heads up, this unit is upstairs, with no elevator that we found, so it's not wheelchair accessible, and the shower tub is very deep, so if you have hip problems (as I thought of my parents) I would chose a different unit on this beautiful property. Mahalo!

Great Unit.

The unit was clean and we were able to check in 3 hours early! The unit came with things for the beach, a full kitchen with spices and laundry soap! The view is amazing with plenty of seating on the balcony. I would 10000000% stay there again.

One of the best ocean views on the property

We very much enjoyed our three week stay in K-215. The ocean view from the lanai is awsome and perhaps the best on the property. The location is also very convenient. This unit seems best suited for two adults or perhaps a couple with a child. It became a bit cramped when our adult daughter joined us for the last 4 days of our stay. The unit could stand to be updated a bit but was clean and well supplied and we would definetely stay in this unit again. The following are a couple of points for the owners information. The door stop falls down whenever the entry door is opened and the blender doesn't work, minor inconveniences. The shower and clothes dryer were initially vexing for us until we figured out how to use them. Instructions for using the shower and for trouble shooting the dryer could be included in the units information book. We didn't notice the little sign on the artwork in the bathroom on how to engage the shower until the 3rd day we were in the unit. Also, more explicit and updated instructions for the TV would be helpful. None of these were significant issues for us and didn't interfere with our enjoying our stay in K-215. As stated above we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great beach/ location

Great location. 15 minute walk ( with young kids) to Whalers Village which has restaurants and shopping . Sandy beach with golf cart that takes you to and from with your beach gear. Condo is As is in picture. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 young kids . We would stay again.

Great Location

Very nice room located close to Whalers Village and Kaanapali Beach. The trolley makes local commuting very easy. Had a tough time deciding between Kihei and West Maui and glad I chose this location. Staff is friendly and the pool, golf course and Fairway Shops were great as well. We will be back again shortly.

Great first experience

Check-in instructions were clear as we arrived after the office closed. Our suite was very nice with a great view and patio facing the golf course and ocean. There was a small but full kitchen allowing us to cook some meals and save money for activities. The short walk to the beach was nice and the cabanas were clean and provided both shade and sun. Our rental was close to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed.

This was a great place to stay! Unit was clean and well-lit as well as quiet. Easy walking distance access to coffee shop and whaler’s village. Golf cart rides to and from the beach were a huge plus. Would recommend and stay here again!

Great location and value

This condo is in a perfect area, has a good view (not super close to the beach but still a lovely panoramic view of the ocean and nearby islands) and had everything we needed without being pricey. Its comfortable, not luxurious, but it has what counts: great balcony with breeze and views where we spent the most time, comfy bed and good shower. We enjoyed walking to Whalers Village and ate at several of the ocean front restaurants. The property’s private beach is beautiful, a 5-10 minute walk and has a staffed cabana with free towels and beach chairs. The front desk staff will take you to it in a golf cart if you prefer or have a lot of stuff. I would book it again!

Great location, service and amenities.

So many good things about this place. Spacious for a studio, spare sofa bed. Super clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with all tools you need to cook, barbecue, etc. even has a rice cooker and Brita filtered water pitcher and the refrigerator makes ice very quickly! Supplies are plentiful, including. plenty of paper towels; dish detergent, basic spices and cooking oils. Also all cleaning and laundry supplies included. Plenty of towels and pool towels. They also provided beach chairs and a cooler. It’s as if you were stocking your own vacation home, you only need to bring food. The blow dryer didn’t work but the mgt company provided one same day. The tea kettle was old and leaked, but again, I got a new replacement same day. They also came by and gave me extra cleaning supplies (wet Swiffers). Management was very responsive and delivered with smiles! Short walk to the beach, and property has cabana that you can sign for chairs and towels (free). Property also has golf carts to take you and your coolers there and back. 3 pools! Our fave was the turtle pool as it was quieter and warmer. No BBQ grill on lanai, but it’s close enough at the large pool area. I would certainly come back here!

We have been going to the Maui eldorado for years. This time we stayed in one of the Bachelor units. Best part was the large deck with great views of the ocean. We had a great time.

The prefect spot

I had a conference at the Sheraton and would have had to pay almost $400 a night with a discount. This space had a better setup (kitchen, balcony, bathroom, washer/dryer) than my friend who stayed at the hotel. The room is above the lobby so no concerns about your noise. Parking is great. The place was so clean, bed was amazing and pools were also a nice alternative when you didn't want to stay on a crowded beach. It was so important to have a full size fridge we all the delicious foods you want to take home.
