The well-appointed bathroom includes a granite vanity and a walk-in shower, offering both convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

* Please note Royal Kahana charges a parking fee of $18 per night plus applicable tax. This fee is collected at the front desk of the property between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and pay your parking fees the following morning. Please note that this fee is charged by the Royal Kahana Resort, which is not affiliated with My Perfect Stays.

Located at Royal Kahana Resort, guests can enjoy a variety of resort amenities, including an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, barbecue grilling area, shuffleboard courts, and beautifully maintained tropical grounds. Ideally situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, the resort places you just minutes from world-class beaches, championship golf courses, shopping, dining, and local attractions. Parking is available on-site for an additional daily fee, payable directly to the resort at check-in.

Royal Kahana Resort Improvement Projects:
• Installation of 3 Solar photovoltaic (PV) carports and an integrated battery energy storage system. Estimated to be completed Mid-October 2026. Update as of 10/19/26 the project is behind schedule due to weather related issues. New project completion date is 11/6/26.
• Roofing Repairs. Estimated to be completed at the end of November 2026. The AOAO strictly requires that all resort guests, owners, and personnel stay completely out of the barricaded construction zones, which contain heavy machinery, structural steel, and open excavations. Anyone needing access to these construction zones must stop outside of the barricades and ask for an escort.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
