  • Look no further for your perfect escape to Hawaii! Nestled in the resort community of Turtle Bay, this newly updated 1 bedroom condo w/ a loft is outfitted with LUTRON Ketra lighting technology & LUTRON motorized shades and can easily sleep 4-5 guests the Kuilima Estates East. This upper level corner location provides wonderful ocean breezes and is very desirable for its proximity to parking and literally steps to the pool.

    The master bedroom features a NEW (6/22) King size bed furnished with nightstands and dresser, a wall mounted smart HD TV, split a/c & a sliding glass door to enjoy the extra breezes and heavenly scented blossoms on the Plumeria tree. An upstairs loft-style bedroom w/ high quality full sized beds has split A/C and is fully equipped with its own bathroom. A roomy, screened-in lanai overlooks one of Kuilima Estates swimming pools with views of the lake, swaying ironwood trees and the azure Pacific beyond which is under a 10 minute walk from this condo. Fashionable granite counter tops highlight the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with all new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, plus all cooking and dining necessities. Eat inside at the kitchen island with barstool seating for 3 or while enjoying the breezes and view from the lanai which overlooks the golf course. Laundry amenities include brand new full washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. One assigned parking space is provided, as well as additional guest parking spaces. Tennis courts and swimming pools are within the condo complex; as well as a BBQ grill.

    Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and and umbrella are provided for you to use at the many wonderful beaches along the "Seven Mile Wonder" on the North Shore. In the winter season waves get quite large and you can watch the locals and professionals alike use their skills at surfing breaks like Pipeline & Sunset.

    Turtle Bay Resort offers a variety of restaurants, a full spa & gym; including exercise classes (please contact resort for fees), golf, horseback riding, helicopter tours, surf lessons, and canoe rides. Don't wait to book, dates are filling up quickly!

This is a terrific unit to stay in at Turtle Bay. Close to the pool. The unit is very well apportioned. It’s decorated beautifully. There is A/c but most nights the breeze off the balcony was nice too. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, glassware, cooking utensils, even some seasonings and tin foil and Saran were available. An ample supply of dish soap and laundry pods too. The beds were comfortable The towels were plentiful and soft. There were several beach towels too. The owner also supplies a cooler on wheels, collapsible wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and a football-literally everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. Turtle Bay Resort has parking for the public and public beach access but you could walk it too. The owner was very responsive to our questions as well. A great place to stay on the North Shore !

Great little slice of paradise.

Clean, quiet, great amenities and close to everything on the North Shore and east side of the island. The beach toys were a great help (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, snorkel gear). Great and easy instructions with some amazing recommendations of what to do around the island.

The location is at the resort and is perfect, like an island paradise. We used the cart, chairs, umbrella and cooler took them to the beach which is 10 minutes walk. The Ritz Carlton property has everything you need and the sunsets are next level. The pool is right next door with a rinse off shower. Parking spot is right there, very convenient. We mostly ate out but also had a few meals in the kitchen. Stocked with everything you need including coffee makers.

Great stay on the North Shore

The place is a great location for the North Shore. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, with all the supplies you need for time on the beach. The place is a nice setup with all the items you could need for staying there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place.

Great stay

Great stay on the north shore of Hawaii. Although it is a 10 min. Walk to the beach, we always drive over to the resort parking and never had an issue finding a place to park. Being on the north shore, it gets you away from the large crowds of Honolulu, and really is a slow paced kind of vibe. So absolutely a great location. It’s not far from the Polynesian Cultural center (which is a must so if you’ve never been!). Place was clean. Check in/check out was easy, and the boat was really good with communication. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was amazing. The great location, ease of parking and getting to the beach and nearby Turtle Bay resort made it nice but the best part of this condo is that everything inside was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals. The beach chairs and towels were a nice plus as well as the air conditioning in each room. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome place

From before check in to our last minute there it was smooth and enjoyable. The place was more than expected and exceeded any expectations. The kitchen was amply stocked. We had such a great time! this place was perfectly centralized to all of our north shore activities. The easy access to the beach, having access to a full kitchen for slow starts to the morning and space for 3 generations of women to spread out and have a little breathing room while celebrating my daughters graduation and completion of her first year of college was excellent! Access to the pool was lovely and the pool is beautiful and immaculately maintained. We had boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment and umbrella at our disposal that we enjoyed using at Waimea bay beach. It was honestly a perfect location and so well maintained! We truly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being able to feel like we were “home” while there instead of just living out of a suitcase.

We enjoyed our turtle bay stay

The condo was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioning and washer/dryer. The extra sleeping loft upstairs was super cute and roomy. We loved this property because it was walking distance to the resort, where we enjoyed the beach, the restaurants, and a short drive to Haleiwa town. Loved having coffee on the lanai every morning, would stay here again!!

Great stay

Very cute place! It was me and my husband and 2 twenty something kids, and there was plenty of space. It is about .5 mile walk along the street and some pathways of the neighboring Turtle Bay Resort (beautiful grounds) to get to the beach. That would be a long walk with beach gear, but plenty of beaches in both directions within a short drive. We really appreciated all the beach gear that was supplied- chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Beautiful Condo near Turtle Bay

This was a beautifully decorated and stocked condo walking distance to Turtle Bay. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. Lots of beach necessities provided and the lanai was screened in which was great to sit outside and not worry about the bugs. Full sized washer and dryer were convenient. The kitchen was very well organized and stocked with good quality cookware and tools. Parking is right outside the unit with stair access.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful condo with all the extras. Beach supplies, towels, well equipped. We sat in the screened in patio every morning with a view of the golf course. It’s quiet here and you get the true Hawaii experience. Turtle Bay is a short walk away where our kids snorkeled and took surfing lessons. We had dinner and drinks at the pool bar at Turtle Bay Resort. This condo was perfect for our family. Gated community, easy parking and entrance. We will be back.
