« There are so many great things about this Condo..mostly you CANNOT beat the location for the price. You are ocean FRONT! Sitting on the lanai itself is a vacation, watching waves, sunsets and surfers is so relaxing. Yes the place could use some TLC but honestly didn't care. There are somethings that are just going to age due to not having A/C it is what it is. Musty smell, no prob open up the doors. We had everything we needed. Bed comfortable/clean.Washer/dryer. Plenty of towels/linens....

« This is my second time staying at this location. The condo was perfect for my week stay. Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and for the week (beach chairs, pool floats, yoga mat…) Air conditioning in the unit was appreciated, and bedroom and patio fans were wonderful to stay cool in the evenings. Easy arrival process, received all codes for gates and doors before arrival. And a lovely surprise of island chocolates on the counter :). Main bed very comfortable. Did not use the pull out...

« Centralized location along Ali'i Drive in Kona with great air conditioning! A must for those hot, muggy days. Host met us in-person as our original room had something broken so she switched us to another room. »

« Edgar is a wonderful host! The condo is an older condo, not far from Kona town. The view from the lanai is wonderful. Whales spotted most days. It’s a little schlep from the elevator to the condo, but once you’re in, it’s 3 flights for a shorter path from the garage.The bed is comfortable, and good fans throughout. Ali drive can be noisy in the evening, but earplugs help with that. Da Poke Shack is part of the complex. Best Poke and Kailua pork plates around. »

« The condo is really well equipped. Instructions were clear and we felt at home there. Equipments are nice included the pool closed to the ocean! Kids love it. You will need a car though to enjoy the area. »
