„We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Emdeko. The saltwater pool and outdoor spaces were spectacular. Good views of the ocean and sunset, including bowing the pū (Hawaiian conch shell) at sunset. The unit provided a great home base to explore Kona and the island. There were some areas of the unit that needed repair/maintenance, but they didn't severely impact our trip. The host was highly responsive and helpful “

„This property was wonderful. We have stayed at Kona Plaza before and love the location. It is also surprisingly quiet for being right in town. The lanai is wonderful and so relaxing. It exceeded our expectations regarding supplies - all the condiments we needed and never had to purchase more paper towels or toilet paper. „The apartment was very well equipped. There was beach/pool/snorkel equipment as well as pool towels. The kitchen had enough room for everything and a table that was just perfect for the four of us. Our child really enjoyed the toys and books.We had enough room for our suitcases and even with the couch bed it never seemed to crowded. The pool was awesome and had some shade to sit and watch the kids. The street could be a little noisy at times but at night it was just fine.“

„Clean and well-supplied unit, but owner is very hard to get hold of. Door and gate codes changed, got locked out of room early on checkout, and when notified of water shutoff on short notice owner went dark. so make sure you have the codes early! otherwise a nicely located well-maintained unit.“
