Overall, it was a decent experience. The hosts were kind and helpful. The area was fabulous. Unfortunately, it was a little run down and dirty. We had to kill a few cockroaches.
Older hotel turned private owned departments. Very small bathrooms, but the location is a plus the staff on the property not very helpful with any questions. They didnât really want to know the guest. But thatâs OK. It worked out lots of local restaurants and other things to do in this area.
As listed, but not handicapped accessible as it is up stairs. No elevator on the property. The mattress was covered in plastic and would definitely get hot under the covers.Overall exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend.
We have been staying at this property for 25 years, it is the best location in Kona. Parking is problematic, though, you have to time it just right in order to get a spot. There are quiet hours so you don't get a lot of rowdy guests here. The units vary in price. Our studio was perfect for 2 adults, nice balcony, beautiful grounds. You can walk everywhere you want/need to go.
