Une situation parfaite en plein centre de Kona!
Idéalement situé, en plein centre de Kona (3 mn à pied de Hulihe‘e Palace). Hôtel neuf, belle piscine (non chaufée, dommage) avec salle de fitness. Les chambres sont belles et grandes, au calme. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Et surtout gentillesse du personnel!

Bien qu'il y ait des règles sanitaires liées à la COVID qui doivent être respectées, aucun membre du personnel ne fait respecter les règles : les trois quarts des clients se promènent dans l'hôtel sans masque sans problème. Donc, si tu veux attraper la COVID ou si tu crois que le masque brime ta propre liberté, c,est la place à aller! Pour notre part, nous n'y reviendrons plus.

Aloha, I sincerely apologize that you found us non-compliance with Covid-19, because we actually are taking things very seriously with Covid-19. We are using masks and having 6ft distancing between each of us as well as putting signs everywhere in our hotel. If you did see something unsafe, please contact me directly to discuss. très bonne location belle petite piscine - la note pour le stationnement glissé sous la porte le matin... Au prix qu'est la chambre, le stationnement devrait être inclus gratuitement, les 2 machines distributrices ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre passage. Attention dormeurs léger,,, on entend très bien l'eau passer dans les tuyaux ...ce qui est dérangeant la nuit lors que le voisin du haut utilise la toilette ou la douche.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, rare hôtel à Hawaii où on peut avoir une chambre incluant petit déjeuner pour $200/nuit. Hôtel et chambres rénovés, décorés au goût du jour, bien situé pour accéder à la promenade commerciale Ali’i Drive qui longe la mer à Kailua-Kona, buffet petit déjeuner bien garni et de bonne qualité. Investissez votre argent sur les nombreux tours organisés pour découvrir Big Island (visite du Volcano National Park, coucher de soleil et observation des étoiles au sommet du Mauna Kea, nage avec les raies manta de nuit à Keauhou Bay, snorkel à Kealakekua Bay, etc) plutôt que dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, le Holiday Inn va vous donner un lit confortable pour dormir et récupérer de vos émotions de la journée!

This is a very nice hotel in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i. Our room was large and very clean, with comfy beds, large bathroom, a sitting/working area, small dining area, and a small coffee station. The coffee station had a kurig coffee machine, small sink, microwave, and a refrigerator. This allowed us to store/prepare simple quick meals when we didn’t feel like going out to eat. The hotel has a hot tub and a pool, all very well maintained and very clean. The towels are provided at the front desk. Full breakfast was provided with our room in a large breakfast area. The hotel is located within convenient walking distance from the bay-front street with shopping and dining options. This allowed us to leave our car at the hotel and walk to the Kona bay pier, and shopping centre without worrying about parking the car on a busy street. The staff of the hotel was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located approx 15 min from the Kona airport. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone! Thank you Holiday Inn and Suites for making our stay in Kona easy, safe and pleasant!

The property was advertising ocean view room however they were under renovation. They did give us refund back but was disappointed. The AC wasnt working properly for couple of nights because of renovatjons. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome with good variety of options. Location is really good as downtown kona and shopping areas are walkable. Parking is affordable and de ent. Overall a good hotel and would love to stay there once again.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Donna was there every day we were and it was a pleasure to see her. The free breakfast was great tasting with lots of variety - both hot items, continental, cold items and a variety of beverages were provided. The room was clean and updated. Parking stalls are a bit tight if you have a full sized vehicle. They weren’t fully booked because of renovations on the 3rd floor, so we were lucky I suppose. There were a lot of stalls available during our stay. Overall it was a nice stay. My family and I loved the continental breakfast in the mornings. And the staff were friendly. I would stay here again when I visit next time.

From the time we arrived until the time we left the staff was extremely friendy and helpful. The hotel and grounds were kept very clean. Only complaint was the noise the last couple of nights we were there. There was a large group of younger people up late partying and making an excessive amount of noise. Both nights I notified the front desk and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.

Refrigerator was non functional and was needed to keep medication cool. Had to store the medication with staff downstairs. For the extremely high price charged for the room it was expected to have the appliance working!

In the heart of Kailua-Kona walking district. Friendly staff. Sufficient basic amenities like breakfast included, shampoo, blow dryer, AC. We stayed comfortably one night with 5 adults in the room as we had just arrived in the evening and did not want to drive the long distance at night to the Volcano area. Good value for an expensive region. Would stay again for a night or two.

We stayed here for a night since our flight got in later in the evening. The facility felt to be in a safe location with lots of entertainment and dining in the proximity. There is overnight car parking fee but it was less than $20. Plenty of car parking. A continental warm breakfast was served. Check in and check out was fast and convenient. There was a pool and weight room but we did not use it.
