Dear BEHR , We would like to thank you for choosing the Divani Meteora Hotel for your stay under the Divine Rocks of Meteora, We are sad to read that your stay was not what exactly you expected. Our central A/C system during December produces only heating, which is the only demand of our guests during cold months. Regarding the sockets, although they are provided n our rooms in accordance with the European room types, we are always at your disposal to provide you with additional extensions to meet your needs. However there is also socket in the bathroom as well. If only you would have asked us during your stay. Information about the spa area, regarding the age of the users is published in all our sites and in Expedia as well. Our hotel collection integrates constantly improvements and renovations and we take your comments in serious consideration.
