"The hotel is very nice and deserves 5 stars in many aspects:
_Gardening: beautifully maintained.
_Swimming pools: always quiet and never crowded during our stay (mid-September).
_Beach access: we didn’t use the hotel’s beach services at extra cost but instead enjoyed the fantastic free beaches nearby, accessible on short walks on both sides. The sand and water quality were excellent. It’s worth noting that the large hotel complex next door was closed for renovation during our visit, which added to the tranquility and likely contributed to the water quality. This might change once it reopens.
_ Parking: convenient and available. But might need to walk or request a golf car ride available anytime when the room is located on the lower side of the resort
_Staff: kind, professional, and attentive.
_Food: good quality, considering the scale of a self-service system.
However, several aspects need improvement:
_Breakfast coffee: only filter coffee is included, served by waiters. A proper espresso is available, but only at extra cost, which is not appropriate for included breakfast. My suggestion: invest in a self-service quality espresso machine, as found in most hotels of this category.
_Room quality: although we paid extra for a sea-view room, the view from the balcony was quite limited. In addition, the furniture and bathroom are clearly dated and in need of renovation to meet the standard expected of this hotel class."
