« First the owners were very responsive in answering some questions we had before booking, and in making us feel welcomed. The location was convenient to get into TC or anywhere on the peninsula. The home looks just like in the pictures and is very tidy. Cozy living room, comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Grandma’s home was perfect for our group of six. We had a fantastic stay! »

« Property was very clean and perfect size for our family. Melissa responded quickly and went above and beyond assisting us when ski camp was canceled to find another instructor. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating. We appreciated her helping us despite the weather. »

« The view of the lake was so relaxing. The Cabin is definitely old. But it could have been cleaner. There were spider webs inside by the fireplace, dust and dirt under the furniture. And on the small porch the table and chairs were dirty as was the grill. Also when the 1st person would take a shower they ran out of hot water so the next person had to wait for it to regenerate. The door on the stove does not stay closed. Someone must have stood or sat on the door. So sad when people don't respect other people's property. You are not able to use the oven without holding the door shut the whole time. The Refrigerator and freezer doors refuse to stay closed, resulting in the compressor running constantly...

« Very nice and roomy studio apartment style place. Kitchen and bath separate from bedroom. Nice location only a few minutes from downtown. Only complaint is there are two units in the building and the sound travels through the walls very easily. Also, the other unit is not a studio and it utililizes the upstairs, above the bedroom. Every footstep and floorboard creak can be heard. Other than that, great place! »

Great location, it was especially nice not being in a loud hotel. 10-20 minutes from the ball parks we played at and close enough to town we could spend some time there before afternoon games.
