Hôtel près de Kanch Mandir, Indore, Indore

« The manager doesnt have manners to talk, was very rude will never stay or recommend this property ever again!!! »

« Rooms were neat and clean, staff was polite and helpful, hotel is located on main road and on 10 min away from Indore Junction, easy for travel and easy to locate. »

« The hotel rooms were not ready even though we arrived after the check-in time. The lobby was not staffed well during this time and air-conditioner was not on in the middle of the afternoon heat. The hotel does not look like the photos and has significantly deteriorated since. The staff did quickly get a room cleaned and ready, but the bathroom flush cover was still left off by the team, leaving it in a functional but not aesthetic state. »

« The hotel is centrally located with good connectivity with helpful and courteous staff. Cleanliness was at per standard of a mid budget stay. »

« Rooms were clean and excellent service by staff. »

« our stay was OK, good location, the hotel restaurant was not as elegant as should be, but there was a very clean and nice restaurant bakery next door. »

« Worst experience! »

« WiFi was not available and which was shared was not working Confusion in breakfast clearance »

« A bit dated certain part of the room. but staff is friendly and overall a good stay »

« The rooms were not like the rooms looked on photographs. Not worth the money they ask. Could have booked a better hotel with the same Amount of money if walked here to get it. »

« Nothing »

« Sheets on bed stained, pillow case had stains looked like blood. Fridge bottom dirty. AC at the best worked may be 20 minutes in all night. Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. »
