« Basic accommodation but wasn’t noisy, was clean, had small refrigerator, coffee & tea. Bit out-dated, average towels but good for a night. »

« It’s ok . Room and bathroom clean , good shower. A/C a little underpowered when it came to warming room . Thought the continental breakfast was pretty bland and a little below average . Central to shops . »

« Pretty basic accommodation. Heater was an oil heater so really cold in bathroom. But generally nice and neat and practical. »

« Absolutely loved our stay at Blackwood Valley Suites. Our tent and gazebo broke during the strong winds the night before and we didn’t know where else to go. Irwin was very accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud and the shower after a rough night in a tent was truly bliss. Plus it’s only a short drive from Balingup and Bridgetown. Beautiful scenery and just so peaceful. We will definitely be back! »

« It’s cliche but this is a little slice of paradise. Very clean & well appointed. We loved sitting by the fire enjoying the stunning views. This property is in a quiet location & we unplugged & got back to nature. Our little dog Milly had a ball exploring the garden. The large bath & sauna were an absolute treat. We will be back. Thanks Tracey. »

« Lovely clean room, friendly owners who loved to chat with us. They cooked a beautiful breakfast as well. The main bed was wonderful, but my travel partner said the fold out couch was not quite so comfy. »

« Cute little cottage with a beautiful bedroom and excellent air-conditioning! Has everything you need and so close to the main street in town. »
