„We loved it! First, the price was great for me and my dad and 2 kids for a few nights. The space was roomy and the tv was huge. The kids opted to sleep on the sectional sofa and enjoy the Netflix. Overall it was super clean and you can tell the management aims to please. Coffee, kitchen and fridge were all utilized.The only drawback is we didnt know there were exterior stairs to get to the door. It turned out fine for my family but it wouldnt accomodate someone who cant climb stairs.“

„Awesome property right in the heart of Old Town area! We walked everywhere, and it was great. Dave was awesome, and pics don't do the property justice nor give a sense as to how BIG it is. His warning is appropriate about the bar below being a bit noisy :) wasn't an issue at all for our family. We had a great stay at Biggins’ Loft. (5 minute walk to arena)“

„Great location,but did not know trains would run during night. Elevated tracks adjacent to vrbo loft. Nicely appointed.I was very pleased about my stay, until I got a text from host telling me key and fob were not in lockbox. I told them I’m positive I put both in lockbox and relocked it. They repeated they were not in lockbox. I was driving back to Denver when I go these messages. “
