Set in one of Kansas City’s most desirable and energetic areas—just minutes from Country Club Plaza, Westport, and Downtown KC. Restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment are easily accessible, giving you the best of the city right at your doorstep.

For those with a car, there is driveway slip that can accommodate two cars. Walking is a great option for those who want to explore the charming neighborhood and its nearby attractions, including the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Westport, and The Country Club Plaza. Biking is also popular, and there are several bike share programs available in the city. Public transportation options include the bus system, which provides convenient access to downtown and other parts of the city. Additionally, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available and can be a great option for those who want to avoid the hassle of parking.

Kansas City's short-term rental ordinance (Code Ch. 56, Art. VIII, Sec. 56-803 and 56-807) holds the registered host responsible for the number of overnight guests and for preventing parties. To comply, after booking the booking guest completes our check-in form with a government-issued ID, a contact phone number and the number of overnight guests.

The property has driveway, comfortably accommodating up to two vehicles for your convenience.
