Ich werde einen neuen Versuch starten.
Das Hotel befindet sich inmitten einer Grossbaustelle. Eigentlich sind die Rahmenbedingungen für eine Inbetriebnahme des Hotelbetriebes noch nicht geschaffen. Dafür habe ich jedoch Verständnis. Das Zimmer ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Grosszügige Platzverhältnisse und sauber. Es existiert jedoch keine zufriedenstellende Arbeitsmöglichkeit. Der Schlafkomfort ist sehr gut. Ein Blick aus dem Fenster ist völlig inakzeptabel. Auch eine Baustelle kann ordentlich aussehen. Bauabfälle und Verpackungsmaterial liegen wild verstreut umher. Der Preis des Frühstückes von € 18,— ist meines Erachtens nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Auswahl der Produkte ist allenfalls durchschnittlich. Die Kaffemaschine ist war für einen Cappucino komplett falsch eingestellt. Viel gravierender sind jedoch, dass Servicepersonal nahezu unsichtbar ist. Es gab bereits um 9.00 Uhr keinen Obstsalat. Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit, dies anzusprechen. Die Milchprodukte wie Butter, Frischmilch und teilweise Joghurt sind ungekühlt. Die Müslizutaten befinden sich auf einer Ablage, die keinerlei hygenische Standards erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Reception war vorbildlich.

Brand new hotel. Rooms were very clean and nice. Soap and bed sheet smell delicious. Staff is friendly. Area around hotel was still complete under construction.
