Séjour agréable
Villa avec piscine privée très sympathique, calme et romantique. Hôtel très bien situé non loin d une artère avec toutes commodités. Possibilité de se faire servir le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de la piscine en bord de piscine. Le personnel d ailleurs est toujours aux petits soins pour vous satisfaire. Seul regret : le côté vieillissant de cet hôtel.

Service de ménage rapide et efficace. Personnel souriant agréable attentionné. Idéalement situé. 2 min de la plage a pied Rue commerçante. Parfaite pour le jour et le début de soirée. En famille entre amis. C'est l'endroit ideal pour se relaxer dans un cadre époustouflant de beauté. Salle de bain grandiose. Le lit j'en rêve encore. Internet parfait. A essayer rapidement

Une très belle expérience
Nous avons séjourné durant 10 au Malisa Villa Suite dans un grand pool villa de 150m2. La villa était confortable, disposait d'une belle sdb avec jaccuzi, d'une piscine propre. Le snacking a volonté et le petit déjeuner servi dans la villa fut le must. L'hôtel est très calme donc idéal pour les couples. Le personnel est agréable et au petit soin Le Malisa est situé à proximité : De la plage de Kata Beach(5 min max) Des restaurants (rue du Malisa) Des salons de massage Des supermarket (7eleven à 3 min) Avec le Malisa, nous avons les avantages (proximités) sans les inconvénients(bruits) Par contre le prix du restaurant et des prestations de massage du Malisa sont un peu élevés.

Nous avons logés dans une villa avec piscine privée. La chambre était spacieuse et la terrasse très grande avec une petite cuisine. La piscine très propre et nettoyée chaque jour. Par contre au niveau des rangements pour les vêtements il y a une grand effort à faire. Ce n'est vraiment pas suffisant. Le 2e point de notre insatisfaction est le petit déjeuner, il n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hôtel qui se veut un 5 étoile, ni même moins d'ailleurs.... Peu de choix et sur la partie sucrée très mauvais. L'autre point concernant le petit déjeuner c'est le fait que la veille vous devez remplir une feuille en indiquant ce que vous voudrez manger et à quelle heure vous voulez le prendre. Je trouve que lorsqu'on est en vacances les contraintes horaires sont de trop, mais c'est mon ressenti. Sinon à part le fait que le taxi que nous avions réservé auprès de l'hôtel à notre arrivée n'était pas là (nous n'avons jamais su vraiment pourquoi) le personnel est très sympatique et disponible. Concernant la propreté nous avons connu mieux, il reste des efforts à faire dans ce domaine. Quant à la situation elle est excellente, au sortir de l'hôtel vous avez d'excellents restaurants très bon marché, des petits commerces où acheter boissons, fruits frais etc.... Et la plage toute proche. Un autre sentiment concernant le management, nous avons eu l'impression qu'ils ne tenaient pas trop à ce que nous allions dans leur restaurant....

Vacances au Malisa Villa Suites
Nous avons séjourné en novembre 2013 au Malisa Villa Suites. La villa a été conforme à nos espérances tant en qualité que prestation. Belles chambre, belle salle de bain, le salon extérieur avec piscine très bien ormis les moustiques qui vous attendent de pates fermes. Ormis un accueil un peu déplacé par une des personnes le premier jour, le reste de l'équipe a été adorable avec nous et notre enfant de 2 ans. Le restaurant est pas mal pour se faire un repas dans la chambre. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner qui est de qualité moyenne dans le choix des produits. Sinon le frigo est rempli de boissons chaque jour eau, bière, un bouteille de vin a l'arrivée et des petits cadeaux en partant. Dès la sortie de l'hotel, vous avez des salons de massage, des restaurants (un peu trop racoleur mais ca reste sympa), des taxis pour vous déplacer et la plage à 5 min à pied. Il faut éviter le début de la plage et aller plutot au milieu chez Alex qui vous recevra avec le sourire et un service excellent. Attention au scooter et bateau car aucune sécurité n'est prévu pour séparer les nageurs des appareils motorisés. Bref je le recommande.

magnifique mais pas parfait
Le cadre de cet hôtel joli. Les villas sont bien espacées. L'intérieur de la villa heaven est très sympa. A l'extérieur sous un couvert : cuisine, grande table, énorme canapé, table basse, piscine privée, chaises longues. A l'intérieur : dressing, coffre-fort scellé, grand lit double confortable, TV accrochée à un joli mur, énorme sdb avec douche à l'italienne, baignoire à remous, wc, lavabo et douche extérieure (si elle fonctionne). Nous avons réservé une villa avec deux lits soit un king et un queen size et nous avons fini avec notre lit plus un clic-clac pour notre fille... le GM nous a indiqué qu'il n'y avait aucune chambre-villa n'ayant deux lits... trouvez l'erreur.

An oasis in the middle of chaotic Phuket. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights, beautifully appointed rooms, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool is a dream, comes with its own water fall and outdoor shower. The ground of the hotel is lush and manicured. The hotel breakfast is delicious and full of options. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the famous karon beach. 5 star experience. We are meh about Phuket in general, but the hotel is the high light of Phuket.

The property is beautiful and layed out in Kata area. The problem is my wife and I purchased a villa in Rawai and were looking for a place to call home while our villa was being upgraded. We ran into a few complications and because we payed in full for the week, the property held us to a NO REFUND policy for the few days of an emergency. We could have been long time guests of the Malisa, but will never visit again, nor recommend it. We have been to 89 countries and will call Rawai Thailand or 4th home. BUT NEVER THE MALISA VILLA

Nothing more wonderful than having your own villa with your own pool and complete privacy, Chefs arrive each morning to make your breakfast, ad lunch and dinner can also be done in the villa if you want or there is a restaurant on site. Location is spot on, end of a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to all the restaurant's bars and beach. Staff is over the top amazing and try their hardest to make sure everything is perfect for you . Highly recommend if you want quiet away from the hussle bussle and you own enclosed private space

Stayed here for 10 nights with my wife November 2019. staff where amazing couldn’t do enough for you, villas and pool cleaned every day as well as fresh bed linen and towels. Only 2 minor grips 1. WiFi kept dropping out On some of the furnishings could have done with a spruce up. All in all I would highly recommend this property

We do prioritize our guest’s comfort and satisfaction is our primary concern. We apologize for your disappointment at our property that you had encountered. But as we discussed this issue with our staffs, they said that they helped you with all your concerns. Like what you have mentioned above regarding the “man who wants to jump to my villa”, we reviewed all the CCTV cameras around your Villa during the time of your stay and we did not see anyone roaming around. From the CCTV records that we have emailed you implied that the one you saw appeared to be a shadow of the trees. Lastly, our walls are 3 meters high so it is impossible for someone to climb a high and plain structure. Despite your disappointment on this occasion, we do hope that you will still provide us another chance of being able to welcome you back here at Malisa Villa Suites Phuket. Sincerely Yours,

The staff are all so friendly and efficient. The villa was so luxurious and beautiful and the hotel is in a great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. We especially liked the daily breakfast and the complimentary mini fridge restocked daily.

This is not a 5 star hotel in Anyway shape or Form ! I’m extremely disappointed I paid 300 a day for this property plus paid for breakfast in advance and never had it since the breakfast was about 4 items and everything cold and a tiny al cart menu ! Won’t be back here

This place is very nice. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh juice (very tasty btw) and a fresh flower bracelet. They parked my car and took us and our bags in a one of those golf cart to our villa. The villa itself was very clean the pool, bed, shower, kitchen. They come in in the evenings to light mosquito repellent. They have 24/7 room service although sometimes they don’t always have everything on there. For example I wanted a papaya shake, chocolate cake, and a brownie that were on the menu but they were not available. The breakfast was decent kind of a limited menu but they have fresh fruit and juice, toast, cereal, croissants, and a salad bar? The location itself is nice and quite. Outside of the resort there are restaurants, massage places, fresh fruit stands, and little stores. When we went the spa was closed for renovations so we weren’t able to get the in room couples massages we wanted. That was a downside. Another downside is that on Hotels.com in room babysitting services are listed but when I asked the front desk about babysitting they said they don’t do it, so if you’re looking for a place that offers childcare this is not one of them. The only thing I would’ve wanted for my room is a mosquito net I think all the room should have them. It’s a 10 min walk to kata beach. All of the staff is super nice. The privacy of the villa and your own pool is awesome! I would come again but next time without my baby.

We stayed for 1 nights in the Starlight Grandpool villa and I wish we stayed for 10. The level of service at this hotel is unlike any I have experienced anywhere else. Every single member of staff will stop what they are doing to greet you by name with a smile and say hello and they will attend to every need you may have. The villa and its pool was amazing and HUGE,i really love the waterfall pool. the photos do not do it justice. It has gorgeous bathrooms which i dream to own one & the bed is sooooo big & soft. We find ourselves very hard to wake up. The food in the resort was also amazing, breakfast everyday has plenty of options and you can order as much as you want but i recommend Sapum Phuket noodle. I cannot wait to return here in the future.

Very nice place. Villa is superd! Suitabke for honeymoon or family vacation. Peaceful and fully relax at here. Only 1 restaurant in hotel but honestly their food is delicious. Pls enjoy dinner in hotel as well. Only thing is breakfast, tell us is buffet but actually only can select 1 main dish per person. If u want eat more, you need pay 200b. Staff is polite and friendly. Give 5 star to staff.
