« Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...

« 4月中旬の軽井沢は通りには桜が見れました。11度くらいでさむいですが、5月は新緑がおすすめです。 清潔な客室でベッドは寝やすく静かな環境です。スタッフの方特にフロントの方、客室係の方は気持ちよく挨拶してくださり丁寧で気配りがあり、申請。うれしいおもてなしでした。 朝食は和食、洋食:アメリカンスタイルセット サラダセットヨーグルトやトーストにつけるジャム、フレンチトーストから選べます。サラダセットは美味しく頂きました。 朝食スタッフにより朝食の紅茶やコーヒーのおかわりや空いたお皿を片付ける時にお客様を急かすかのではなく、ゆっくり朝食をたのしんで頂く配慮が欲しいスタッフがいました。家族はお部屋に泊まることは満足しています。 »

« La chambre était minuscule et on était quatre ! À ce prix là, j’étais très déçue. Les environs ne sont pas extraordinaire non plus. Seul point positif : la voiture pour la gare le lendemain. »

« Just 5 min walk to the outlet. Shuttle bus available to both the train station as well as the outlet. On-site onsen is exceptionally clean n spacious. However should let early arrival guests register their personal details n when they return at 3pm to check in, the process will be smoother. That way, it will not create chaos in the lobby area. »

« 浴室の湯温が中々上がらなかったのが残念でしたが、浴室内は綺麗でバスタブも大きく気持ち良く利用出来ました。 朝食が新鮮な野菜や健康的な素材中心で素晴らしい。 »

« お部屋はコンパクトながら 可愛いらしかったです。 美容グッズも色々レンタルできて楽しかったです。ただ説明書がなかったり　充電してからじゃないと使えなかったりで　ちょっと分かりづらかったです しかし　レンタル自転車や傘も借りれて良かったです »
