I searched for a new property, and noted this one was still listed as available on my dates. I booked a different property. 2 months later it was still in my reservation list, the owner never canceled my reservation with Expedia. « My host Daniella was very nice and helpful with local information. The last day officially I was meant to check out at 10am, but I was allowed to stay free of charge till 7pm, as my flight home was not until 9.30 pm. Danielle even gave me a lift to the airport. Obviously I was lucky nobody was checking in on the day I left and also that she happened to be free to drive me to the airport. Overall a nice quiet place to stay, only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the ocean. »

« The apartment was perfect. The kitchen was quite functional although only a kettle, no coffee maker. Bed was comfy, as was the living space. There are about 10 steps to get to first floor apartment. There is no sign on the building or a house number. The front of the building facing the ocean has a restaurant on it. There is a Tommy market at the side street to turn on. Do not use the directions on hotel.com!! Get the coordinates from the owner!!! »

« The apartment was clean though a bit smaller than it looks in photos. I would have given a much higher rating but there was a sewer issue which the owner said was a city issue they couldn’t do anything about. The smell was so horrendous I couldn’t go into the bathroom without feeling nauseous. We tried keeping the bathroom door closed and stuffing towels under the door but the smell was still noxious. « Flat was very clean , comfortable beds , pristine clean towels . Easy check in absolutely amazing communication with host. Would definitely recommend this host to anyone. Close to shops , take away shop and supermarkets. 10min walk to centre. Perfect location with a lovely host! »
