Surrounded by sunny slopes, guests here enjoy the peace and unspoilt nature of the Tyrolean Alps. The authentic charm of a farm with horses and cows makes everyday life quickly forgotten. The very friendly owners care lovingly for their guests. Fresh products such as eggs and milk are sold directly from the farm. Nearby is the Kaunergrat nature reserve with a rich variety of fauna and flora, as well as the family-friendly region of Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis, which delights with a varied winter and summer programme.



The Alpenruhe and Bergheimat apartments each invite up to 8 people to a holiday on 101 m² that lives up to its name. Three bedrooms – two with a double bed each and one with two single beds – offer plenty of retreat options, whilst the double sofa bed in the living room provides additional space for the whole family or group of friends. Three bathrooms, two of which are en suite with toilet and shower, ensure comfort and privacy.



Each property's own sauna with relaxation room transforms every evening into a little wellness experience. The open, fully equipped kitchen offers everything your heart desires. The special highlight: your own garden with breathtaking views of the mountain landscape – ideal for sunny breakfasts, carefree evenings or simply quiet moments in nature. Pets are welcome, parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. As a farm holiday operation, you will experience deceleration at the highest level here.
