„Staff were very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good!! One of the best onsen I enjoyed. It has many pools with different massage points. One of them has herbal health effect. Awesome! “

„Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Hotel ist in erster Linie ein Businesshotel, die Zimmer waren sauber und für japanische Verhältnisse mittelgroß. Im Preis war ein Frühstück enthalten, welches aus einem Buffett bestand, was eher japanisch ausgerichtet, aber gut war. Ena und auch die Gegend um das Hotel haben nicht viel zu bieten, ich habe hier übernachtet, weil in Nakatsugawa mehr oder minder alles ausgebucht war. “

„I loved this place. Im an english speaker and they did their best for me. Great stuff in the room. A lot of fun. Do know its a love hotel. My room and a speaker system. Only complaint is the 20 minute walk to the station. I like walking and thats not a bad lengthbut not everybody would like it. Mall right next door with plenty of food options. Gifu castle and the buddha castle are quite close. Nagoya is less than an hour away.“

„Nice new and clean rooms with all the things you need (not very well insulated though). In the close proximity to the Hotel there wasn't much in matter of eating out or shops, but 10min+ walk would get you where needed. And 20min+ walk to either of nearest train stations. But overall it was a pretty good value.“

„ウエルカムドリンクは自分で好きな物を選べて、お酒の種類も沢山ありました。夜のラーメンもセルフでしたがゆっくり食べられました。 朝食に鰻が出たのにはビックリ。鰻丼にして食べられる程です。ビュッフェの種類も多かったです。夕食は無いため外で食べましたが、色々お店もあって、大きいスーパーも近くにあったので困りませんでした。 お部屋には空気清浄器が完備されていました。 自分で好きなシャンプーや枕を選んで部屋に持って行けたのも珍しかったです。 “

„コンテナホテル的な所です。車前提、なイメージでしょうか。駅から歩けなくはないですがそこそこ遠かったです。 「軽食」が付きますが普通に冷食飯で、節約するなら十分なご飯でした。普通のビジネスホテル的な装備と新しいと言う点を加味しても綺麗なお部屋でした。“

„客室は清家で快適に過ごせました。ただベット脇の小さい棚が埃かぶっていて気になりました。お掃除日々大変だと思いますが、気をつけていただけると他のお客様も更に快適に過ごせると思います。“

„スタッフさん対応には満足しています。 朝食を付けたのですが、グラノーラがなくて残念でしたが、メニューは多めでした。東南アジアのツーリストをターゲットにしていると感じました。客室も清潔感あると感じられました。 また宿泊しても良いと思いました。 もしかしてお部屋はアップグレードされていたのかもしれません。“
