The staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived. The room was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities you could want in the bathroom. All the facilities are lovely. The ski rental/sales shop is huge and the staff was very helpful in assisting me in trying out boots and skis before I purchased. They also have a really nice high-end shop with a large selection of ski clothes and accessories.

This is a lovely, new hotel with everything you could want! The staff were all warm, friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome and at home. I very nice person helped my unload my car, take my ski equipment to their locker room, showed me the facilities and took the luggage to my room. The room was nicely decorated and clean and fluffy robes and slippers were provided as well. The fee-free mini-bar was a special surprise and included large glass bottles of still and sparkling water, wine, beer, soda and even a bottle of kombucha. The Nespresso machine was nice to have for my morning cup of coffee. They have a spacious locker room where you can stow your ski equipment in lockable lockers so you don't have to drag your stuff up to your room and a door in the back leads to he slopes. The restaurant had a varied menu with prices that did not seem inflated (as they could be at a ski area) and the service was good. The morning breakfast buffet was large and exceptional with many hot and cold food choices. I did not swim, but, I looked around the pool area and was very impressed with the design.. it was a beautiful infinity pool with a huge window at one end overlooking the mountain. I had a very nice massage in the spa area that is as lovely as the rest of the hotel.. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience! I asked for assistance to get my luggage and ski equipment to my car and when I was done checking out, my car was waiting in front, loaded and running!!

Wonderful two day break for weekday skiing
The hotel is only 3 months (Mar 2022) old so everything worked well and was very clean. We wen Perfectly situated for the skiing pistes , ski-in ski-out, when we went was close to end of season (last week of March). We arrived Wed evening and left Friday evening, we had the place to ourselves..the pistes included! Although the trade off was that so some of the fun things we shut like the outside bar (at the hotel) and also pizza oven (can you believe it ;) )..but all in all facilities (gym, pool sauna) all open. If you can, try to get ski pass at the hotel, if only to save yourself a 50m walk in ski boots at the first lift. (as hotel is new) The ski equipment was virtually brand new from the in hotel ski rental shop (ender spor), so makes skiing that much more comfortable. The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The airport transfer was free, a very welcome addition to the stay...from stepping off the plane we were in our hotel room within 45 mins , great! The pistes are good enough for a couple of says of skiing, so all in all the Raddison makes for a great hotel to stay at for a family to explore Mount Erciyes.

Midden in de bergen met perfecte uitgangspunt voor een goede skivakantie. Mooie zwembad en sauna, Massage mogelijkheden zeer goed. Hotel was net nieuw begonnen en nog aan onderhoud bezig. Zeer goed op weg voor de nieuwe seizoen.

Mükemmel
Sadece kahvaltı yerine en azından yarım pansiyon olabilir. Onun dışında bizim için herşey mükemmeldi. Personel ilgisi ve sorunlara çözüm gayet hızlı ve pratik idi. Kayseri merkezden dolaşıp dönerken tipi nedeniyle yol kapandı. Bu süreçte otele dönmemize bizzat yardımcı olan ve aileden biri gibi çabalayan Rıdvan beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok emeği geçti.
