„Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. “

Our suite was bright & airy, with a beautiful deck and view of the Aegean, and access to lovely pool in the backyard to relax beside. „First class villa in a very noisy area at night. The road beside the villa leads to the beach road and the best restaurant in town so a lot of traffic late into the evening. Okay if you can close your windows and turn on the AC but it was shut down for the winter season and management wouldn't turn it on so a couple of bad sleeps. “

Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere. ...
