On a night with severe weather and tornado watches in area they refused to be flexible with thier policies.. i called the property 5 times no answers.. so i called corprate and expedia.. no help in refund and no comunication.

Great job at the check in. Friendly, professional, and polite. The hallway and the room has a quaint smell that is not too pleasant. Otherwise, same as expected. It's a budget motel, and wasn't looking for a 5 star facility. It is adequate for the purpose. Good location, not far from the interstate and near lots of places to eat.

I like that the room had vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. The heater/ac was brand new, and everything was new and clean. No frills, but the price was great, and it was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

It appeared to be newer than a lot of hotels out there. Clean, grout done well in bath, and a fun triangle shaped bathtub/shower with new thick towels. Nice bedding, but mattress too hard for my comfort and pillow stuffing unyielding.
Even though they didn’t have breakfast they had good coffee at front desk which we appreciated as we got up early to see the Sandhill Cranes.

The room was clean and looked like there have been some updates. However, there wasn't a microwave, refrigerator or hair dryer. There also were only 2 little bars of soap. If you want more than just 1 pillow, you might want to bring your own as there were only 2 pillows for 2 of us. There also isn't a breakfast. But they did provide coffee in the lobby area. Otherwise it was a comfortable place to stay and close to I-80, a coffee shop and food! I'd stay there again!🙂

The people above us were stomping around to 230 am and the ones beside us were up with kids and tv blaring at 6 am. The motel was clean and friendly but the bed and pillows were hard.
