« Cet hôtel mérite largement ses 5 étoiles, notamment par rapport à la qualité du service (personnel nombreux et attentionné, notamment pour le buffet très varié du petit déjeuner). A noter aussi le confort du lit et le rapport qualité / prix incomparable pour un touriste occidental ! »

« Hotel qui manque d'entretient, les moquettes sont élimées ,tchées et salles. La douche dans un état de délabrement. Le petit dej de qualité moyenne. Dommage, il y a 2 ans et plus cet hôtel était pas mal, pas de frigo dans les chambres. »

« No fridge, linen was dirty, towels are very old and cannot even dry the body, no toilet paper, amenities needed topping up, hair on the floor, place not vacummed, smelly room as no windows. Would not recommend this hotel at all.. »

« Property and room clean, but bedroom to small and bed doesn't fit for two people for western. Feel like sleep inside the box left side is wall and right side window then you have to claim from the in the bed. »

« The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. I will never forget my stay and recommend staying at the Gino Feruci Kebonjati when visiting Bandung. Hope to see you again. »
