« Our weekend cabin stay was wonderful. The safe neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Its location near nature and the city was just perfect. The cozy cabin was clean and comfy. We loved Gambrill State Park and downtown Frederick didn't disappoint as well. »

« This cozy cabin was quiet and picturesque. Every morning and evening we enjoyed coffee and tea on the wrap around porch. Close to historic sites and shopping made our stay interesting and memorable. I highly recommend this cabin and would consider returning in the future. »

« Beautiful property, as advertised, and stocked well with the extras. The whole family enjoyed the stay. So much to do around that we didn't get to do and we will likely be back to this rental again! Definitely recommend for a family or group trip. »

« The rental description & photos accurately matched the home. Our group of 5 used all 4 bedrooms comfortable mattresses and furniture. We loved lazy mornings on the deck with beautiful mtn views. Afternoons were an easy 10 minute drive to enjoy the theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Several deer sighting (be cautious driving). »

« Wingspan was very cute...definitely needed 4 wheel drive to make it down the gravel road to the home though. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom. Basement was a little bare bones compared to the rest of the house. Would stay here again. Thank you! »

« We had an amazing time. The hot tub was fantastic you felt so relax taking in the nature and beautiful property. With Six ladies the house was big enough to get away and do our own thing and come back together for games and movies »

« The house was clean and the host answered message right away. There are a couple things people should know. Artifical scented plug ins were in the house. This was a problem until I found and unplugged them. I can't be around those types of scents as it causes migraine type headaches. The front yard is overgrown weeds. At first glance I was disappointed at the sight but it was just along the road. The house was nice. We didnt use the hot tub due to weather. »

« Overall, we had a great stay! There was plenty to do in the local area, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The game room was a lot of fun—the ping pong table was a big hit for us adults; however, the foosball table would probably be more enjoyable for kids, as it is on the smaller side. We also appreciated the closet stocked with board games.One highlight of our trip was rafting with River Riders—highly recommend asking for Jeff as your guide! He was fantastic!The cabin was just...

« After a really stressful couple of weeks this property was just what we needed to reset our minds and bodies.The fact that we were able to bring our dog with us was a definite bonus. We spent most of our time relaxing on the porch with Zoey laying in the fenced in yard. Other times we sat by the creek and watched the geese and goslings swimming down stream. There is some road noise as mentioned in the description however we easily tuned it out and at night in the bedroom it was basically non...

« Loved the stay, our host answered calls promply and was so considerate. We loved the woodstove, grew up with one, loved the smell, loved still being close to stores,restaurants, and plenty of wooded area just beautiful. »
