« From the exterior the unit appears to be completely unappealing, however once inside, the unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious. I am certain that this unit has the best view of the bay where concerts and various activities take place. « Everything was so clean and freshly decorated! Convenient to main roads and sitting out on deck after a rain to watch sunset was relaxing! »

« The property was clean and met our expectations. There were a couple of concerns however. We were able to unlock the door with no problem, but had difficulty locking it when going out to dinner. We also did not know how to adjust the temp. in the apt. Finally we were not able to use the television in the living room area. It continued to message us, "not connected to the Internet". Written instructions would have been helpful for us old people. We thank you for your hospitality, and God bless...

« Awesome location and SO cute! So many restaurants super close by. Would have given 5 stars but the property management company's communication was terrible. After a couple messages, they finally said door code would be sent around noon. We got it at 3p. Messaged about a couple things at the property and zero responses. »

« Great location, nice apartment. Poor communication with owner they don’t reply back for extended periods of time. Never replied back to the fact that the door doesn’t latch on the apartment unless it’s locked. »
