Amazing Stay

The unit was the perfect spot for our long weekend getaway with kids and grandkid. Perfect location, quiet with amazing views, easy beach access and the rooftop deck was even better than shown in photos. Fantastic Stay: Artistic, Clean, and Kid-Friendly

My stay at Kris's property was fantastic. Kris is very easy to communicate with, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The property itself is extremely artistic, clearly reflecting the thought and care Kris has put into it. I stayed with my 1-year-old infant, and I was pleasantly surprised to find kid-friendly toys and tableware prepared, which made our stay much more comfortable. The weather was great during our visit, allowing us to enjoy the nearby lake. Kris had thoughtfully provided beach chairs and inflatables, which was a considerate touch. The property was very clean and featured a truly amazing patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Condo

This condo is a wonderful place for a getaway. The patios were all amazing, especially the super large patio on the top floor. The condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Kris the owner was easy to reach and easy to deal with. Check in was super easy. The only issue was the AC wasn’t able to keep things cool during a very hot spell during our stay.

Amazing Place

This was a beautiful condo that was perfect for our family of four. The decks were amazing places to relax and enjoy the views, while the rest of the condo was very clean and decorated wonderfully. The only downside, depending on where you are trying to get to, is that it is around 20 minutes from downtown Kelowna.

Beautiful family vacation

We had such a lovely time here - the photos don’t entirely do the property justice! We stayed here with our 14 and 17 year old children, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could need and more! And the upper deck and outdoor kitchen
 wow. Kris was an impeccable hostess, with fresh flowers and goodies here for all of us to enjoy! The only small downside (depending upon your reason for staying here) is that it’s somewhat outside of Kelowna proper. It is about a 15-20 minute drive into town. That said, there’s a great grocery store about 7 minutes away, so maybe you don’t need anything but the deck and the view!

Wpg Girls Getaway June 10-13,2022

Winnipeg had such a long cold winter that 100 days ago we booked a girls getaway to Kelowna as most of us had never been. We were drawn to the balconies on Kris’ property and booked. Let me tell you the pictures do not do this properly justice, the decor is beautiful the view can not get any better! The amenities of the hot tub and pool were amazing. We had perfect weather to enjoy all 3 of the spacious balconies. There was more than enough room for our group of 5 ladies to spread out. Kris’ met us with the wagon which was super helpful to get in. This was exactly the location we needed to reconnect as friends while disconnecting and relaxing. Spectacular Lake Views!

This is a premier spacious lakeside condo with spectacular views. It's well situated between Kelowna and Vernon on the east side of Okanagan Lake. We used all 3 of the fabulous balconies but especially enjoyed sitting by the fire table in the evenings and relaxing on the loungers when the weather allowed. The two bedrooms are on separate levels which suits 2 couples perfectly. There's also a Murphy bed in the loft area of the 2nd level. Comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds. As we first drove to the condo we were concerned about the nearby construction but we weren't bothered by it inside the condo and having 3 balconies meant we could always find a quiet space outside. We would definitely book again for a worry free, relaxing vacation.

Great for a Ladies Trip!

Kris's penthouse unit was absolutely amazing. Our jaws dropped the moment we stepped inside the home. We were 4 ladies that spent Easter long weekend here, and we didn't even want to leave the home. We enjoyed the hottub and of course the soaker tub with a view. Kris's home was so well designed and kitchen was well equiped. There was even a coffee/cocktail bar that came in handy. We also loved the bedsheets alot haha! This was our first time booking through VRBO and the host was very easy to communicate with + kind/friendly as well! I've recommended this place to all my friends/fam now & hope to book again in summer when it will be a bit warmer !

My partner and I were drawn to the condo for the bathtub with a view. It is truly amazing and the entire condo surprised us with so many other incredible features. We had a short stay but we are going to rebook when the warmer weather comes! Can’t wait to be outside on the beautiful decks.

Outstanding views and accomodations

This property is very comfortable clean and has a wow factor with the decor. We really enjoyed the upper deck and the outdoor TV/sound system to take in a movie and allow for chill time. You do need to get in your car for all services, but the city is close. Walking in the neighbourhood is not that easy. A lovely place to splurge on a vacation!

(numerous examples to lengthy to describe) including bashing previous guests, (unsure of the motivation of this) some things to be advised of : (these did not really impact us personally but could for some) there are absolutely no amenities within walking distance of this complex the beach could be challenging for some especially if young children or seniors as it is a downhill walk and uphill walk back, there is a shortcut but it is a slippery gravel path, and the beach is not sand ALL rock there is a dock/marina however this is for residents only and if you do not have a boat slip you are not allowed on the dock even for friends to pick you up in their boat, this was a problem, and the only way we could access our friends boat was to have AN OWNER escort us and they must be present & they could not lend us the key to get on to the dock so we could access the boat, this was strictly enforced the pool is/was now open however ; you must be very vigilante about getting signed up on the sign board VERY EARLY otherwise you cannot access just at anytime, the pool capacity is 12 only and some people brought their friends & family so that max'd out the time slot and some people were signing up under different names to book off a couple of the spots consecutively so this part was a bit of a hassle the hot tub is on the same floor as the rooftop balcony it DOES NOT belong to the rental unit it is the complex tub this also seemed to be an issue with owners of the complex, although we never used once, but it was brought to our attention the rooftop patio of the unit is great and relaxing however there is a massive construction/development project going on directly behind the patio so very noisy and dusty, which did not allow us to sit there during the day and work remotely due to the noise restaurants, shopping is located closer to downtown Kelowna which was approx 25-30 minutes drive due to alot of congestion & heavy traffic as Kelowna is super busy during the peak -last 4 days smoke was terrible so no beach or pool unfortunately overall we enjoyed our stayed ( 3 adults ( 10 & 14 yr old)
