« We had a wonderful stay in that house. Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. « House is like new. Well designed for a family and outdoor/indoor dining. Designer Kitchen, wine fridge, grill and hot tub perfect for summer entertaining. Location is all about convenience right on Port road - with a 15 minute walk into Kennebunkport and 25 minute walk to Gooches Beach. Beach parking pass really is key - to just take one car to haul the beach gear while others can enjoy the walk. »

« The pool was great fun. We have dogs, and they loved the side yard...lots of room to run. They also had fun at the dog park. The house is perfectly situated; only minutes from beach, town, grocery stores and yet you feel like you're out in the country when you're inside or by the pool. Very quiet area. Had a wonderful time. »

« This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....
