„The staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Initially they had me in a 2nd floor room, but accommodated my asking for a first floor due to problems I was having with my knee and back. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was nice except for the bathroom shower, it had mold growing in it. Breakfast the next morning was ok.“

Had a nice tv with tons of channels. Heat and air worked very well. Plenty of hot water. Room was very clean and comfortable. „Please include an option to request a ground floor room. I’m 64 with emphysema and the stairs were horrible for my lungs. Also, a fenced in small area for pets would be good. I didn’t know where my Italian Greyhound could relieve herself after our long drive. The bed was comfortable however and the room very clean. A small coffee pot would have made the room itself perfect.“
