« Lovely welcoming hosts, Lise was prompt and attentive. We just stayed the one night but it was a very restful and relaxing stay, very private and serene garden areas to enjoy, and all just a short walk to the Kohukohu CBD : ) Very handy to the pub and shop and just across the street from the bowls club where the locals will happily welcome you for a sneaky beverage, there’s some folks there enjoying a bowl and a beer most nights during the summer nights. »

« We had a delightful week in this 1860s cottage. It has been fitted out very comfortably and is surrounded by beautiful gardens including a variety of fruit trees. Fiona is a wonderful host, who responds promptly. It’s a 20 minute drive from the touristy offerings of Piahia and the busier Kerikeri so if you’re wanting shops and restaurants on your doorstep this may not be for you. If you enjoy the peace and quiet of the lush green countryside the you’ll love this cottage »

"accueil trĂšs sympathique nous n'avions pas compris que la salle de bain Ă©tait partagĂ©e, et le frigo aussi je conseille de ne rien laisser dans le frigo: on s'est fait voler par un client indĂ©licat nos moules et le poisson fumĂ© ce type d'hĂ©bergement nous a permis de discuter avec les propriĂ©taires et quelques clients tout autour du motel, des orangers, d'oĂč un grand calme"
