« We loved our stay ! Has not only everything we needed as accurately described (clean and comfortable) but what we wanted + an Easy access to the private beach and to thé swimming pool. « This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. As it turned out, we were glad to not be right on the beach because the seaweed gets a bit stinky during low tide. Not a problem--we just went to the pool in the afternoon. « Well appointed and beautifully decorated 2 BR and 2 bathroom condo on 2nd floor of the building (stairs) with everything you need to be comfortable. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo and enjoyed dinner in various local restaurants. Wifi worked great. Note that washer/dryer (2/load) is on floor of the unit. Access to beach (on property) with chairs and ocean swimming - beautiful. Parking included- we ventured to other areas of the Keys (Key West, Bahia Honda State Park, Sombrero Beach)....

« We took our daughter on her senior trip to the keys. This condo was in perfect location, literally walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The beach was cleared of the seaweed nearly every morning, except for 2 days, (we stayed 7). Being able to park underneath the condo building was a plus. The condo itself was clean & had pretty much everything you needed, including a washer/dryer, which was a HUGE plus for us. You will have to purchase some household items, toilet paper, laundry soap,...

« Key Colony Beach is tucked away just north of Marathon, FL. The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was a pogoda with two gas grills available for use, but we cooked in the small kitchen. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed. »

« We live the Key Colony area for the quiet, cleanliness, and secure area. Everything is well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful and the beach is very nice (yes, there is the seaweed but no one can control this at any beach in the Keys). They did so well keeping the sand clear. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We love the Marathon area since it is mostly half way to Key West and many restaurants in the area to choose from. »

« We cannot say enough nice things about this condo, the pool, the beach, the pier or the sunrises. This is an excellent setup for a family looking to entirely relax. The views are outstanding. You cannot get much closer to the water. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Fishing from the pier every morning proved eventful. And, just a 2 minute stroll to Sunset Beach each night to watch the show. Ideal!!! »
