« We had a great week at this property and ultimately gave it 5 stars because it delivered exactly what we needed: an unbeatable location, beautiful water views, and a convenient home base for exploring the Keys. The biggest strengths are definitely the setting and location. The views are fantastic, and Grassy Key was a great central location for day trips both north and south. We spent most of our time out exploring, on the water, or enjoying the area, so having an affordable waterfront place to...

« We loved the pool at night after a long day. The kids had a blast. Plenty of space for a family of six. Great location to visit all of the keys. Thank you!!!!! »

« Great location. Pretty views of Bay. Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our brief stay for July 4th. »

« The townhouse was very clean and described accurately in the listing. The owner was very responsive answering any questions we had. Checking in and out was a breeze. The townhouse is centrally located in the Keys so you can travel either north or south to enjoy the many activities in the Keys. We enjoyed the water view from the patio and back door. We really enjoyed our vacation! »

« We had a wonderful stay and the property was just as described. Clean, well supplied and comfortable. It was a perfect place for us to visit with family in the area that we could sit out and enjoy the view. Our first day, we actually had a manatee, live conch, parrot fish, and others come to visit us at the shore. Plenty of good food nearby. My wife and I are looking forward to doing it again. »

« Beautiful property. Host was very helpful and found replacement kayaks when two at the property leaked. Family-friendly and great location. »
