And when you need to restock, Publix and local shops are just around the corner.


The Space

Welcome to your Key Largo getaway! This charming waterfront home features over 100 feet of dock space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa — all wrapped in a relaxed island ambiance designed for rest and reconnection. Nestled on a corner lot overlooking Florida Bay, you'll be treated to breathtaking sunset views each evening and front-row seats to the occasional manatee visit.

Arrive to a gravel driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. Head upstairs to discover a covered front porch and open-air patio, both furnished for outdoor living — with a dining table and conversation seating perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or starlit evenings.

Inside, the living room overlooks the bay and back porch, offering a welcoming space with a pull-out queen sofa (with mattress topper) and two accent chairs — ideal for movie nights, games, or simply relaxing together. The open-concept kitchen features an island with seating for four, fully equipped for home-cooked meals. The back porch extends your dining space with a 6-person table for al fresco meals as the sun goes down.

Throughout the home, you'll find warm vinyl flooring, upgraded bathrooms, and thoughtfully layered lighting that creates a bright yet relaxing atmosphere.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, blackout shades, a spacious walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a vanity and walk-in shower. A dedicated workspace with natural light and canal views makes it easy to unplug — or stay plugged in if you need to.

The guest bedroom features two full-sized beds, a built-in closet with drawers, blackout shades, and a tranquil canal view. The guest bathroom just across the hall includes a tub and a vanity with drawer storage.

Downstairs, the corner lot opens up to a true outdoor living space: direct canal access for a swim, and a one-of-a-kind hot tub that can be heated for a warm evening soak or chilled for a refreshing cool-down on a hot Keys afternoon — all while enjoying your favorite show on the dedicated outdoor TV right in front of it. An outdoor dining table for six with TV and surround sound, two loveseats, two accent chairs, a dartboard, propane grill, and smoker round out the space for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

The storage area is full of surprises: a washer and dryer for added convenience, a kayak ready for your next adventure, and a Murphy bed for a flexible extra sleeping space. Fitness enthusiasts will love the dedicated workout corner, stocked with yoga mats, resistance bands, weights, and a foam roller.

We welcome up to one dog with prior approval (pet fee: $200). Please share your pet's breed and size at booking, and note that any pet-related damages will be assessed at checkout.

Guest Access

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged in advance. You'll receive your door code and arrival instructions 24 hours before your stay.

Arriving Early? No worries — there's plenty to enjoy nearby. We recommend grabbing groceries at Publix (right across the street!) or stopping for lunch at one of the local restaurants so you can hit the ground running once you're checked in.



House Rules & Other Notes

1. Age Requirement: All guests must be 25 or older to book.

2. Guest Limit: Only guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors will result in immediate removal without refund. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

3. No Parties: A $1,000 fee will be charged if a party is held on the property for each occurrence.

4. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the trash outdoors. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of indoor smoking for each occurrence.

5. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 1 dog with prior approval. The pet fee is $200. Please disclose your pet's breed and size at booking. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee or may be grounds for removal. Any pet damage will be charged at checkout.

6. Downstairs Access: A key to the downstairs area can be found on the upstairs entrance table, along with a key card for the community boat ramps and beach.

7. Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers a thorough cleaning and inspection upon checkout. It also includes clean linens (sheets, comforters, bath towels, and washcloths) and starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels based on your length of stay. While we provide a washer and dryer, laundry detergent is not supplied. Please note that this is not a hotel, and daily cleaning is not provided.

8. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our quiet hours, which are from 10 PM to 8 AM, as we are located in a peaceful residential community. To ensure a harmonious environment, any noise complaints received during your stay may result in a fee of $500 per incident, or you may be asked to vacate the property.

Guest Safety:

Water and Dock Safety: Situated on a corner lot with 150 feet of dockage, this home offers direct waterfront access. Please note that the entire dock area is not gated, and usage is at your own risk.

Stairs: To reach the main entrance of the house, please note that you will need to climb approximately 15 to 20 steps on the stairs, which are equipped with a railing for your convenience. If guests swim in the canal they must due so at their own risk
