The casita was perfect! Location was great, best amenities I’ve experienced, decor and layout plus the outside area gave us the best place to gather and celebrate several family birthdays over the course of the week! Would highly recommend this location and if go back to Key West, would love to stay again!

Our stay was amazing. We had a washer/dryer issue and our host and AvantStay were most accommodating. Our host actually did a load of laundry for us! There is a parking spot out front that is perfect for a golf cart, etc. The cottage is just perfect for 2. I loved the kitchen. It would be perfect to cook in ( I Didn’t) but you could. I can’t go on enough about AvantStay and the host!! Truly remarkable!! Thank you and we will be back.

Wonderful private 1 bedroom villa. Very convenient location and excellent accommodations. Truly loved the hot tub. Glad that we rented a very small car as parking was tight but we were able to walk to almost all locations.

Great Place and Location!!

If you're looking for a great place close to the action, this is the place. It's a quiet spot to recharge from all the local activity. Cooking, sleeping, and lounging...inside and out was terrific. Hot tub was fantastic, enjoyed with coffee in the morning and wine at night. Our little mini dachshund was with us and had a terrific time too with the outdoor area being enclosed. You will love this gem!!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed the location of this house— it was very clean and mostly updated. Lots of generous and thoughtful touches including personal supplies in case you forgot something. Suggestions for things to do and restaurants to try were also very helpful! I would recommend this place to singles or couples. The 3rd person in our group had to use the sofa sleeper and it got a bit congested in there, but it was ok.

Wonderful stay! Patio area was so private, even though it was small and closely surrounded by other buildings. 2 drawbacks- some of the pillows stunk and needed cleaning. Also a neighbor’s security light shines directly on the person on the right side of the bed (shines thru the transom and even thru the French door to the bedroom).

Cute and great location

Casita de Catherine was very clean. It is right next to the main road - Duval St - and near many attractions. You can walk almost everywhere except to Mallory Square area which is a bit far. The deck area and hot tub were delightful. The hosts went above and beyond with extra necessities in the bathroom, well-stocked kitchen and great labels throughout the unit explaining where everything is. I definitely recommend this unit. The only "issue" I had was the neighbor's night spotlight which shines directly onto the bed. Closing the bedroom door helps somewhat.

Great Location

The home is well-appointed, instructions on using everything were very clear and it was very clean. The location really can't be beat - it's nestled among several properties but still felt very private. We'd definitely stay again.

On the Ad it said entire house. When we arriced the loft was off limits...I would not have reserved if the listing said loft not included, but it didnt, it said entire house. loft waa off limits.

We stayed end of June, beginning of July and we enjoyed the space. The southernmost point is just 2 blocks away and Duval St is 1 mile away.

Great time in Key West

The location was perfect. We waked everywhere and saw everything. We were able to park right accross the street fro. The house all week for free. Big bonus becasue parking is a challenge.

Great Apartment Near Duval St

This was a great little house to stay at while visiting Key West. My family had a great time and enjoyed being close to so many quality cafes, restaurants places to visit. You are walking distance of the southern most point, the community pool (free) and park, the Hemingway house and many other places.
