THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN...



The main living area of LA BELLA CAPRI has two sets of French doors that open to the gardens and fill the space with natural light. A large SMART TV hangs on the wall over the fireplace. The indoor dining table sits just beyond the living room and seats six comfortably in a separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and has everything a demanding chef might need.

THE POOL AREA....



The private pool is available heated and is large enough for everyone in your group to swim around in both the sun and shade. The spacious pool deck has chaises for lounging in the sun, a bar and a dining table for eight when you want to enjoy a poolside meal. Then, there’s the covered porch with a sectional for relaxing in the shade. There is even a half bath outside so you’re not tracking water in from the pool should nature call while outside. Finally, there's a propane gas grill when you want to enjoy a BBQ.

The Casa Marina East district of Key West is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on the southern side of the island. Just a quick three block walk from the start of Higgs Beach at White Street, and just down the street from Smathers Beach, LA BELLA CAPRI is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and walk down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from Smathers Beach or the White Street pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute! on the Beach for a beach-side meal, or ride bikes down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions.

First Floor

** Bedroom #1 - Queen bed with access to the hallway bath.

** Bedroom #2 - Queen bed with access to the hallway bath.

** Bedroom #3 - King bed, flat screen TV, with direct access to the pool, sharing the hallway bath.


Second Floor

** Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. En-suite bathroom has double sinks, Jacuzzi and an oversized shower. Also features a Queen-sized sofa bed.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
