THE SPACE



Step inside to a comfortable, open-concept living area filled with natural light and coastal-inspired touches. Relax on the sofa after a day exploring Key West, catch your favorite show on the TV, or open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the tropical breeze from your private balcony.



The living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space when needed.



The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading out or dinner after a day in the sun. The breakfast bar provides casual seating and keeps the kitchen connected to the main living area.



PRIVATE BALCONY

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, ceiling fan, storage and private en-suite bathroom.

Living Room: Full-size pull-out sleeper sofa.

Two full bathrooms make the condo comfortable and convenient for families, couples or friends traveling together. An in-unit washer and dryer is also provided.

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and occupy the property for the duration of the reservation.



No Pets

Per HOA regulations, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.



No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited.



Mid-Stay Cleaning

For stays of 28 nights or longer, periodic cleaning may be required and billed separately.



Parking Information

Parking is available for one vehicle. Boats, trailers, and RVs must fit in a regular parking space.
