« This property is built on a hill over three levels to ensure you can enjoy the magnificent view over Kiama. the ground floor is the spacious and secure double garage. To access the living areas you need to walk up approx 20 stairs to the kitchen / dining / living zone and another approx 20 stairs to access the bedroom level. « Well equipped and maintained, super clean and mostly brand new (needs a new sofa) - very active birdlife and garden were a nice bonus. We hadn’t realised there was no air con - but good shades, quality windows with insect screens and ceiling fans were fine for our week with mostly moderate summer temperatures. Good for a family of 3-4. »

« Beautifully equipped apartment with enough space for three generations. Sea view, close to beach and nice restaurants. There are a lot of "rules" to follow (stuck around the place) but they are kind of amusing (and fair). You'll see what I mean if you rent the place. Didn't use BBQ but it has everything you need. We got a Woolworth's delivery (it's a fair walk). Worked really well. Excellent, would absolutely return. »
