Welcome to 241 High Dunes, a newly built five-bedroom, five full bath, and two half bath luxury retreat in the coveted Ocean Park community on Kiawah Island. The house looks out towards the Ocean Course across the marsh to the third hole and has spectacular sunrises over the ocean. Designed with elevated coastal style and clean, modern lines, this home blends contemporary architecture with relaxed seaside living - and is located less than a 5-minute drive from The Ocean Course and it's beach access.

The chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances and a large island ideal for casual meals or evening cocktails. Each of the five spacious bedrooms includes a private en-suite bath with spa-inspired details, and two additional half baths add extra convenience. No smoking, no pets, and no events (including wedding-related gatherings or groups exceeding the 10-person maximum). No exceptions. There is an elevator available for easy loading and unloading of luggage and groceries!

Stays of 3–21 nights include a beach gear credit of up to $280 (based on length of stay). Credit may not be available for last-minute bookings; 48 hours’ notice required.

Historic Charleston is just a 45-minute drive away, offering carriage rides, boutique shopping, the open-air market, and exceptional dining. Private chauffeur services are available.
